Background

Simone Felicioni received the M.Sc. magna cum laude degree in Informatics and Robotics Engineering in 2020 from University of Perugia. He joined the Institut de Robòtica i Informàtica Industrial (IRI-CSIC) in Barcelona with an Erasmus+ Traineeship grant to conduct a research on social interaction analysis in egocentric videos. He is currently a Ph.D. student in University of Perugia, and he is focusing on topological localization for ground and aerial robots. During his Ph.D. studies, he joined the Autonomous Robotics Research Center (ARRC), Technology Innovation Institute (TII), UAE. His research interests are mainly Robotics, Computer Vision and Machine Learning.
